Effective from project go-live. iGA Studio is operated by SiGMA Group on behalf of iGaming Academy.
What this tool is
iGA Studio is an AI-assisted authoring tool for iGaming Academy course content. It is used by iGA staff and approved partners to draft, review, and package course material.
What we collect
- Account data. Your name, email address, and Microsoft Entra ID identifier — received from your single sign-on provider.
- Course material you create or upload. Briefs, proposals, storyboards, generated outputs, and any source files (PDF / DOCX / PPT / audio / video) you upload to ground a generation.
- Usage events. A timestamped audit log of generations, approvals, regenerations, downloads, and project changes — for security and review purposes.
What we don't collect
- Information about iGaming Academy learners or learner outcomes.
- Browser fingerprinting beyond what your sign-on provider returns.
- Analytics tracking by third parties on the application UI.
Where the data lives
- Account and audit data: PostgreSQL on the SiGMA DigitalOcean infrastructure (EU region).
- Uploaded source files and generated artefacts: DigitalOcean Spaces (S3-compatible), EU region. Access is brokered through the application via short-lived signed URLs.
- AI generation: requests are sent to AWS Bedrock (EU region) and, where configured, Azure OpenAI (EU region). Provider terms apply — no provider trains on your inputs.
How long we keep it
- Projects you create remain until you archive or delete them.
- Archived projects remain queryable until permanent deletion is requested by you or an organisation admin.
- Audit log entries are retained for 12 months from the event date, then automatically purged.
- Generated artefacts and uploaded source files are deleted from S3 when their parent project is permanently deleted.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure of your projects, or export of your project history. Project-level erasure is available in-app via the project page; account-level erasure is a request to your organisation admin.
Who to contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@sigma.world or your iGaming Academy organisation admin.
