Terms of use
iGA Studio — internal use by SiGMA Group and iGaming Academy staff, and approved external collaborators.
1. Who may use this tool
Access is restricted to users authenticated via the SiGMA Microsoft Entra ID directory and provisioned into an iGaming Academy organisation. Sharing your sign-in credentials is not permitted.
2. Acceptable use
iGA Studio is a content-authoring tool. Use it for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and packaging iGaming Academy courses.
- Generating learning material from sources you are authorised to use.
Do not use it for:
- Generating material from copyrighted sources you do not have permission to use.
- Generating content unrelated to iGaming Academy's subject matter.
- Attempting to bypass the AI provider's content policies.
3. AI-generated content
Outputs are produced by large language models and may contain factual errors, regulatory misstatements, or hallucinated citations. Every output is treated as a draft and requires human review before learner-facing publication. iGaming Academy retains final editorial responsibility.
4. Ownership
Course material and generated artefacts created in iGA Studio are the intellectual property of iGaming Academy / SiGMA Group. Source material you upload remains yours and is only used to ground the generations you request.
5. Audit log
Generation events, approvals, regenerations, and downloads are recorded in an audit log for security and review purposes. The audit log is visible to organisation admins.
6. Service availability
iGA Studio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime, model rate-limits, and output quality variations may occur.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the tool evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app and via iGaming Academy internal channels.
